At Mondaine Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Mondaine presentation box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
